Dr Antonoff is joined by David Cooke of the University of California Davis Medical Center in Sacramento, USA, Shanda Blackmon of the Mayo Clinic in Rochester, Minnesota, USA, and Jessica Luc of the University of British Columbia in Vancouver, Canada.
