This video presents the case of a sixteen-year-old boy who was diagnosed with type C Ebstein’s anomaly in childhood. Previously, he underwent cone reconstruction and replacement of the tricuspid valve with the Heimlich cylinder valve. This redo surgery is the very first case of totally endoscopic beating-heart tricuspid valve replacement after complex congenital heart surgeries in Ukraine.

The technique and pitfalls of the operation are described in the video, along with the entire setup and steps of performing the surgery. Before the intraoperative echocardiogram, a CT scan was performed. The operation was performed in a minimally invasive manner using a 3D endoscope. The result of the operation was good, and the patient was discharged on the sixth postoperative day.
