Thoracoscopic Biatrial Ablation Using Bipolar Frequency

In this video, we present a 74 year old male who underwent a thoracoscopic biatrial ablation procedure with bipolar frequency. His past cardiac history was significant for a 3 year history of atrial fibrillation and multiple failed cardioversions.

Preoperative TTE: EF 65%, biatrial enlargement, mild MR.

Cardiac cath: No significant CAD, right dominant.

Result: Converted to NSR post operatively and remains in NSR 3 months post op.
