<p>In this video, we present a 74 year old male who underwent a
thoracoscopic biatrial ablation procedure with bipolar frequency. His past
cardiac history was significant for a 3 year history of atrial fibrillation and
multiple failed cardioversions.</p>
<p> </p>
<p>Preoperative TTE: EF 65%, biatrial enlargement, mild MR.</p>
<p>Cardiac cath: No significant CAD, right dominant.</p>
<p> </p>
<p>Result: Converted to NSR post operatively and remains in NSR
3 months post op.</p>
