The Use of the Autologous Innominate Vein as a Substitute for the Pulmonary Arteries in Pulmonary Atresia and Absent PAs

The autologous innominate vein was used as a substitute for pulmonary arteries in an infant with pulmonary atresia, VSD, and complete absence of pulmonary arteries. This is a summary of the procedure and two subsequent operations on that patient, during eight years of follow up.
