This video demonstrates an innovative approach that utilizes the native right atrial appendage valve in a tube (the T-RAA valve) to address the primary drawback of the Ross procedure, which is the requirement of a homograft in the pulmonary position that often leads to future interventions, thereby eliminating the need for frequent interventions.
