RATS Resection of an Azygos Vein Aneurys

A female patient in her 30s was referred to our clinic when an MRI for neck pain revealed an upper right sided mediastinal mass which proved to be an azygos vein aneurysm. Due to the possibility of emboli a RATS resection was recommended. Here we present the operative video of the procedure.
