RATS Lobectomy in a Totally Adherent Post-Empyema Pleura

We were introduced to the SyncroSeal energy device for the DaVinci robot six months ago, and we have since performed lobectomies in three such patients. In this video we present our surgical strategy when faced with the totally adherent pleura.
