Da Silva’s Cone Repair and Repair of an Anomalous Left Upper Pulmonary Vein Return

This video illustrates how to use Da Silva’s cone repair technique to repair the tricuspid valve in an Ebstein anomaly type C and simultaneously perform a repair of a partial anomalous pulmonary venous drainage from the left superior pulmonary vein to the innominate vein, anastomosing the pulmonary vein to the anterior surface of the left atrium.
