Cardiac Paraganglioma Excision and Coronary Sinus Reconstruction

Workup revealed a paraganglioma in the posterior left atrioventricular groove. Resection was undertaken en bloc with part of the coronary sinus wall. Reconstruction with autologous pericardium was done. The patient had a smooth recovery.
