An interview With Nikki Stamp

<p>In this video, Joel Dunning of James Cook University Hospital in Middlesbrough, United Kingdom, interviews Nikki Stamp, a cardiothoracic surgeon from Perth, Australia. She presented a television program in Australia which showed live surgery, and she has authored two books: <em>Can You Die of a Broken Heart?</em> and <em>Pretty Unhealthy.</em> She has over 16,000 Twitter followers and campaigns on women's health issues, advocates for women in the workplace, and performs myth-busting for a host of stories in the media. Drs Dunning and Stamp discuss her experience, and she provides advice on the use of social media as a cardiothoracic surgeon.<br></p>
