An Indigenous Technique of Surgical Management in a Case of Acute on Chronic Type A and Type B Aortic Dissection

The first stage of surgical management for a case of acute on chronic type A and type B aortic dissection involves using the Bentall procedure with total arch replacement. This was performed using an indigenously made conduit using the Sree Chitra valve and a continuous suture technique.
